Privacy Policy — Contact Manager PRO

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect in the Contact Manager PRO application ("the App", "we"), why we process it, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in the App is Fast Track sp. z o.o., ul. Lindego 26 lok. 156, 01-952 Warszawa, Poland. Contact for privacy matters: info@contactmanagerpro.com.

2. What data we collect

Account data: email address, password (stored encrypted), optionally Google login data.
Contact data you add yourself: name, phone number, email, city, country, messengers, notes, and other fields you enter into the App.
Photos: if you add a contact photo, it is stored on our servers (Supabase Storage).
Technical data: basic logs used to ensure the security and operation of the App.

3. Why we process your data

Providing the service — enabling you to manage your contacts in the App.
Authentication and account security.
Communication related to account service (e.g. password reset).
Billing for the paid plan (data processed by our payment operator, Stripe).

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the App's service), your consent (e.g. Google sign-in), and the controller's legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).

5. Who we share data with

Your data is processed by trusted infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (App hosting), and — for the paid plan — Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data retention period

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account in the App. After account deletion, data is permanently erased in line with the rules described in the section below.

7. Your rights

Right to access your data.
Right to rectification of your data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
Right to data portability.
Right to object to processing.

8. Data security

We apply technical and organizational security measures (encrypted connections, row-level access control in the database — Row Level Security) to protect your data from unauthorized access.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will inform you of significant changes via the App or the email address associated with your account.
