1. Service provider

2. What the App is
Contact Manager PRO is a contact and relationship management application that lets you, among other things, add contacts, organize them into lists and groups, track activity statuses, and set goals.
3. User account
- An account is required to use the App.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
- Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of a breach of these Terms.
4. Subscription plans
The App offers a Free plan and a Paid plan with extended functionality. Payments for the paid plan are handled by an external operator, Stripe. Pricing details are available within the App.
5. User content
Any contact data and other content you enter into the App remain your property. You are responsible for the lawfulness of how you obtain and process the data of third parties (e.g. contacts) that you add to the App.
6. Permitted use
You agree to use the App in accordance with the law and good practice, and in particular not to use it for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized processing of third parties' personal data.
7. Service availability
We make efforts to keep the App running without interruption, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. We reserve the right to technical downtime related to maintenance or updates of the App.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.
9. Account and data deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time. Detailed instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. We will inform users of significant changes via the App or the email address associated with the account.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
